Terms of Service

마지막 업데이트 August 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Orbit. By purchasing, installing, or using Orbit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Orbit, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Orbit.

2. License

Subject to your payment and continued compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Orbit for the duration you purchased (7 days, 30 days, or Lifetime).

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Orbit.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
  • You may not share your license across multiple users or accounts.

3. Purchases and durations

Orbit is offered as a single plan with three durations. The 7-day and 30-day options expire automatically at the end of their term and do not renew. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

All prices are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Because Orbit is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once access has been provisioned, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will work to resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use Orbit and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and any third-party terms that apply to you. You agree not to use Orbit for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

Orbit is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell or Brawl Stars. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Orbit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of Orbit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
